Basic Structure of LED Lamp Belt

1. Resistance voltage divider can effectively ensure that the LED works under the specified rated voltage, so as not to shorten the service life of the LED because the input voltage exceeds the rated voltage of the LED.

2. Parallel shunt can effectively reduce the impact of input rated current on each group of LED through parallel circuit, so that the LED can be stabilized in a current range, thus greatly improving the service life of the LED.

3. Parallel constant voltage, because each group of LED is parallel structure, so any cutting of one group will not affect the normal use of other groups, can effectively save installation costs, not cause waste.

The physical structure of the LED lamp band can be divided into 4 types according to the width: 6mm/8mm/10mm/12mm, and 6 types according to the size of the LED, such as 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 5050 and 5060. The LED lamp band is divided into segments according to the number of beads welded and the current limiting resistance distributed. Each segment is divided into a unit. Each unit is connected in parallel to withstand the supply voltage, including 200V, 24V, 12V, 5V DC, etc. There are also positive and negative poles connecting the power supply to the lamp belt.
