However, these problems are usually not noticed, because the short circuit will not affect the normal lighting of the light strip. Generally, the testing personnel only pay attention to whether the lamp bead can be turned on. They seldom check the brightness abnormality or do not carry out the appearance inspection, but only carry out the electrical test, which often ignores this problem. This is why some lamps will heat up once they are lighted.

Firstly, the wiring in the circuit should be as wide as possible, and the distance between lines should be 0.5mm. The rest of the space should be full. The thickness of copper foil should be as thick as possible without violating the customer's requirements for the total thickness of the circuit board.

Then, when printing solder paste in the production process, try not to make continuous tin between pads, so as to avoid solder short circuit due to poor printing. Attention should also be paid to installation details to avoid short circuit. Check the position of the patch before reflow, and check the appearance after reflow to ensure that there is no short circuit in the light strip, and then conduct electrical test. When checking again, pay attention to whether the brightness of the lamp bead is abnormal.

If the final conditions permit, when using the light belt, the lamp belt can be allowed to have more time interval, so as to avoid overheating caused by the lamp belt working for a long time.

Of course, the use of LED light belt is inevitable heating, as long as we pay attention to do not produce short circuit and excessive work, we can avoid some accidents caused by overheating.
